Design with FEA

We take advantage of advanced CAE tools for design. One of the most useful function is a process called Finite Element Analysis, or FEA. It can be used to optimize drive units.

We use FEA to help for designing magnet structure. Not only depend on experiences. After assigning detailed sets of material properties to each of its components, the entire structure is broken down into a mesh of connected points, or elements. Through assigning variable parameters and objectives, we can optimize the structure and dimension. As a result, we can optimize the magnetic flux in linear, and also minimize the motor system weight and cost.
